An in-depth solution focused online meeting to unpick your situation and advise of next steps. This could be in relation to home, school, EHCP problems, exclusions or any other difficulties relating to SEND. Includes pre-reading of up to 2 key documents.

EHC Needs Assessment Request- £250
We can prepare and submit an EHC Needs Assessment Request on your behalf, ensuring that the supporting evidence meets the legal criteria for assessment.

Draft/ NOA EHCP Review- £225
We can review your child's Draft EHCP to ensure that all relevant evidence has been incorporated and that the EHCP is both specific and quantifiable.

We can support you in exploring suitable educational options for your child, including mainstream schools, special schools, and alternative provision.

Mediation Support
We can support you in preparing for and attending mediation with the Local Authority, ensuring you are equipped with the relevant statutory provisions and case law.

We can prepare and submit your appeal application to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal, identifying any additional evidence that may be required.
