Solace SEND Support

Transparent, flexible pricing
We believe charging by the hour is the fairest approach for families, as every case is different. Some matters can be resolved quickly, while others may require more time depending on the complexity of the situation and the amount of information and evidence involved.
Before starting any work, we will aim to provide you with an estimate of the time likely to be required. We will keep you updated if we feel additional time may be needed, so you remain informed about the likely cost.
All services are charged at £75 per hour.

Consultation FAQs
Which areas do you cover?
We are based near Solihull, West Midlands, and can attend in-person meetings in the surrounding areas (Solihull, Coventry, Birmingham and Warwickshire). We also provide support remotely to families across England.
What does the initial free consultation include?
The inital free phone call is to get information on the background of your case and establish how Solace SEND Support may help. We can discuss your budget and make a bespoke plan with this in mind.
What can I expect from the SEND Consultation?
This service is offered following the initial free 30-minute call, so we will already have an overview of your situation and the areas where you need support. The consultation takes place via online video call at a time that suits you. Before the meeting, I will pre-read up to 3 key documents relating to your child, helping me to build a deeper understanding of their needs and the difficulties they are experiencing. We will use this information during the consultation to identify the key issues and develop a clear, practical strategy for moving forward. The aim is for you to leave the consultation with a clear plan and practical next steps.
Can you help if I don't have an EHCP?
Absolutely. We support families at all stages of the SEND journey, including those who are just starting to explore their child's needs or where a child is receiving SEN Support in school without an EHCP.
